Bill Maher on Trump
I think he makes a fair point:

I would have voted for Trump if I was American (shudder at the thought!) but that doesn't detract from the broader point he makes:
Bill Maher is a partisan hack, but he is much less so than the vast majority (99%+) of people in the
'entertainment' bidness.

For example, he differs vastly in his view of Islam from most of his Left/Liberal/Progressive brethren
(and has been labeled a 'racist' as a result by them in the as usual ad hominem attack):

"Sooner or later everyone sits down to a banquet of consequences."  -- RLStevenson
I'm not a fan of Bill Maher. Let's face it, he has a show to make popular. He really doesn't have a clue how life works, just how to manipulate people. If anything about him is successful it's that he makes his own rules and is doing it his way. I have to give him that.
He's a skilled comedian who makes some great points with humour.

Clearly he got it wrong backing Hillary but hey, none of us is perfect.
