Wow.

Most cops are not quite as stupid as those in Detroit involved in this incident.

The police may not like your activity, but most generally know enough about
protected rights to not act foolishly.

The normal response is shown below.

In this case, a pedestrian/citizen is warning of an upcoming speed trap:







Primarily because their municipal budgets can't really take the sort of payout
that the engendered lawsuits will demand (and receive).

Evidently, bankrupt Detroit is skimping on  Police education.

This will prove to be a bit more costly.

I always thought that undercover hookers was entrapment. Am I wrong?

Yes and no.  The undercover hooker can not solicit sex acts.  For example, the cop cannot say to the john in passing "Want to party?"

The cop has to wait until the john says "How much do you charge to party?"

Thanks.  Though I wonder how much they can get away with and if they always adhere by those rules.
