I agree.  Strict border enforcement ensures opportunity for the native-born, even those who aren't particularly bright or talented.
And there is no excuse for suggesting a limit on children when we have such wide-open immigration.  Close the borders, wait 20 years, and then tell me we have a problem and maybe I'll listen.

I don't know where you got this bullshit idea from.

I don't want to force anyone to do anything other follow the laws of the land.

As regards population, I'm strongly in favour of using money as a tool: Offer cash payments for long term contraception.

It works this way:

1. It's less expensive than feeding their brats in the long term

2. It eliminates the major source of criminals (solo mums)

3. It rebalanced the population toward the middle classes who are the bedrock of decent society
